Difficulty: Easy is proud to announce its 10th annual hiking event. The event is geared to raise money for trail maintenance as well as raise awareness on proper trail etiquette. Every year the crew at Difficulty: Easy gets together to choose a trail that they feel is in great need of some extra help. Usually these are trails that have had substantial damage due to bad weather. They also have a knack for finding beautiful locations to hold their annual event.
This year Difficulty: Easy will be taking us 7,000 feet up in the North Cascades. The goal is to help restore the trail of a once popular hike to Raven Lake. As always there are two days set aside where you can help. Day one consists of volunteers getting together and cleaning up the trail. Day two kicks off the hike-a-thon. It is this day when hundreds of hikers gear up and tackle the trail to help raise money for further trail maintenance.
